How do I prepare my dog for their first day of daycare?
First days can be exciting and a little overwhelming for some pups! We recommend bringing your dog well-exercised and on a leash, and sharing any information about their personality, triggers, or preferences with our team. The more we know about your dog, the better we can set them up for success.
Can I drop off and pick up my dog at any time during daycare?
We have set daycare hours to help maintain a consistent routine for all our daycare dogs. Our team can walk you through drop-off and pick-up windows so you can plan your schedule accordingly.
Health & Safety
What vaccinations are required for dog daycare?
To keep every dog safe, we require vaccinations based on your dog’s age:
Puppies under 5 months: two rounds of the Distemper-Parvo combination vaccine, Bordetella, and a negative fecal test.
Dogs 5 months and older: an up-to-date Distemper-Parvo combination vaccine, Rabies, and Bordetella.
The Canine Influenza vaccine is highly recommended for both age groups but not required. If you have any questions about your dog’s vaccination records, our team is happy to help before your dog’s first day.
How do you ensure dogs are safe during daycare?
Safety is our top priority. We maintain careful supervision of all playgroups, group dogs by size and temperament, and have trained staff on-site at all times. Our protocols are designed to prevent conflicts and ensure every dog has a safe, positive experience.

Our daycare, Canine Academy, is available Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 6pm. We don’t offer daycare on Saturdays, but our Day Camp is available on Saturdays if your dog needs a weekend day of fun. Our team can answer any questions about drop-off and pick-up windows when you get started.
